GOOD DAY FOLKS! Welcome to another exciting episode or should I say, posting of muah Blog. as I've been rushing through the deadline of the submission of the Design and Technology folio and thus, sacrificing my slumbers. I've been awake for almost 40 hours or so(excluding dozing off in class) and I'd continue to work until my folio is 80% done. currently around 50%. wish me luck peeps!

In today's postings, you're in for an absolute treat as the photos that had been delayed for a long time would be finally posted. so this post would be mainly filled with photographs and limited texts as I don really have much time to compose them either. so enjoy the pictures yeah?

HELLO PEOPLE! wow, mah tagboard had been stale for quite some time now. C'mon geeks'n'chicks, try to post something in mah tagboard once in awhile yeah? But still, I would strongly discourage the use of posts spamming and I hope to receive more feed backs from gracious viewers like you. gracious. HAHA!

Anyways, school was boring as usual and in english lesson, we were told to write a composition according to the topic given, "Breaking Up". I was bizzared at first, as I had limited experiences in writing about 'Breaking Up'. skills and vocabularies for romance stories were scarce in my composition arsenal but hey, WHO CARES!

[DEVASTATION]
as I'd already completed my artifact, I was busy playing my brother's PSP during D&T remedial lesson today. I admitted of being selfish as there were others who needed help with their artifacts, but as none of them voiced out for aid, I kept myself to the game.
THEN
my ah girl arrived and told me about taking photographs of my artifact. I too, agreed to taking the photographs and took it out of the storeroom. and then, there was this moment of total delusion.
I DROPPED MY FREAKING WORKPIECE! and there it goes, shattering into different parts of acrylics.
I was devastated. desolated. despaired. whatever you call it, it shattered like my heart.

however, JIGS is more than good in capable such situations and again, I told myself.
"always look on the bright, side of life, *stupid whistles*". and walah~, my determination was resurrected and I placed the parts back to where they supposed to be. with the help of my teachers who mocked at me earlier on. WHAT BASTARDS! but grateful bastards.

and did I mention? I lost my wallet earlier on and thanks to mr.shah for holding on to it as my wallet had valuables and a FHM limited edition poker cards joker. I would like to thank him for his integrity and thus, we can make Singapore or rather shuqun, a better place to live in.

the main reason I've been discouraged to update my blog, is that I'm currently running out of photos and I can't possibly keep posting classics can't I? It would be so cheap of me! but hey, like it or not, following photos WOULD BE classics and I guess you'll just have to see them huh? hahas.

[JIG'S THOUGHT]
ANYWAYS, this few days had been a sleepy roller coaster ride and trivia problems are inevitable I suppose. and therefore, I've been thinking to myself recently about what I should do about it.

my ah girl once told me that I was someone who didn't really cared about our friendship and basically, a simple friend. I agreed with her.

there's a gap between our friendship. and it's a difficult one to seal.
I've tried many times, to heal the wounds of those who's back had been stabbed, counselling lost and disconcerted souls, maintaining the peace between our friendship. but to no avail, the gap is still open. In fact, maybe poking my nose in such situations only widens the gap between us.

Lately, I had been trying to wash my hands off these problems and staying away from any trouble. to be honest, I would rather become the JIGS in the past. who was just, a 'simple friend'. I'll just have to see the outcome of being ignorant and oblivious to the problems. sorry for being insensitive.

[JIGS-SAW]
ooo! for the first time in my secondary schooling years, I'd been allowed to leave school early for just a haircut. and so were Benjamin, Desmond, Peiteck and Qihong. we left school at 10.30am, and took a bus to JurongWest. we booked our appointment earlier on and no waiting was needed and so, we proceeded to our fateful seats.
I still can't understand, how people like my ah girl, Desmond, Gary would stubbornly want Ivan(someone good) to have their hair fixed. come'on, it's hair. and hair grows back. I'd raised this issue a couple of times and their reasons were mainly,

" aiyah, he very pro leh!", "you don wanna look good but I wan't lor", "he cut damn nice one mah!''.

oh please. everyone wants to look good. and I'm also quite sure that Ivan himself is considered a professional hairstylist. I'm also image-conscious myself too. but no matter how perfect his skills are, he cannot change your social skills. only enhancing your confidence, that's all.

Listen, I'm not against anyone of having his own likings and I would also NEVER try to help you make your decisions. like I said, everything's just my point of view. =)

AND UH! I'm completing my DNT artefact but my folio is way off progress. so it'll also be quite a time will I update again. OH MAN THIS POSTING IS BORING HUH? haha.

HELLO VIEWERS! it'd been a long time yeah? as you can see, my tagboard had been accidentally ripped off! and it would be so kind of you to fill her up again. BUT NO SPAMS PLEASE! Bleh, spent my entire holidays stoning home. you wouldn't want to read about how I 'had fun' at home yeah? haha, let's get back to shuqun's national day's parade.

AS USUAL, same old marchings, same old band musics, same old stalls selling same old stuffs. only this year, there's this rock band which were playing on stage and a "haunted house" which was at the rifle storage area. but this year, there's MR.LEE's CHICKEN RICE CHALLENGE! haha, mainly to exchange push-ups for a treat of chicken rice that valued of 20bucks! and we managed to pass the challenge anyway. woot~

THE CHALLENGE
five people to complete 100 standard push-ups for an exchange of free treat of chicken rice.
challengers are: Kokyang, Gerald, Joel, Chengzhia and JIGS
RULES
rules are, once a challenger starts, he have to maintain his position until he completes his maximum standard push-ups done. then the following person have to continue the count until it reaches 100 for success. one try per person.
ANALYSIS
Kokyang : 13 push-ups
Gerald : 3 push-ups (biatch!)
JIGS : 20 push-ups (did my part)
ChengZhia : 35 push-ups (saviour)
Joel : 20 push-ups (did his part)

Overall : 91 (FAILED!)
REVIVAL
Kind MRLEE decides to give us a chance. so, he picked Gerald to complete the remaining 9. and guess what? he did it! oh my god.. he's so cheap, that he would strive to his ultimate for a free lunch. haha, but the chicken rice was really worth it though. and we all owe it to Cheng for his frenzy.

and after that sumptuous meal, we headed to my house for a fine game of scrabble! haha, no kidding, and Kokyang pwned us all with his luck of acceptable strange words. and one of them was : "F*CKERS". and they left soon after that as I had to go swimming.

said the tour guide..

which also means, WELCOME in malay, to another posting of JIG'S blog. Last sunday, my dad brought me and my brother to Malaysia for a company trip. It was rather silly, but I guess I had nothing to do at home either. and I could do some shopping yeah? hahas..

The main purpose of the trip, was actually visiting durian plantations and trying different sorts and qualities of durians. but let me assure you, the durians sold in Singapore are way delicious than those picked freshly from plantations. but other fruits, such as Rambutans and Mangosteen remains sweet and juicy. the feeling, of plucking them out of trees, munching them as if it's a free paradise. how sensational! ..the immense heat freaked out all of us though.

We went to their, "GIANT hypermarket" and to my surprise, It was a totally different. the smell, the temperature, the shops.. but what REALLY caught my attention was this pet shop. First of all, there were 3 cages outside this particular pet shop. the first one I saw contained birds. well, It's kinda normal for pet shop to have bird cages, but the second one startled me a little. In the second cage, there's like 9 cats in it. but they're well groomed and in great shape. but the third one took my breath away.. BABY MONKEYS!! oh my lord! is it even legal to sell them? yeah sure they're freakin cute, and a small child eventually approached and got attacked by it. hahas, it made me laugh out loud for a moment there.

But the disturbing truth is, primate animals are not meant to be caged up as pets. they're wild animals and should never be kept in captivity especially for the sake of selling them either as food, or as pets. Poachers would basically kill their mothers in front of them, and taking away their babies, hoping to sell them at a high price. That's why we should never buy wild animals as by doing so, it encourages poachers to hunt for more. so please, help the wild by encouraging people not to purchase any exotic animals and together, we can save animals from being endangered. thank you.

JIGS LIFE
Today was kinda pleasant I guess. except for the fact that Friday's the day that totally exhausts me to death. PE, D&T, D&T remedial. I could lose a pound or two perhaps. OH! wanted to post about something funny that happened during recess today.

I was playing my PSP on a bench which is filled with bags. then, I was kinda pissed off with the limited space and wanted to move a little bit inside. then, there's this hand that's from a person on the bench behind me. I remembered Amir sitting there earlier on and I supposed it was his. So I took the hand, and shifted it away. nicely, of course. then there's this huge laughter behind me and I was simply too 'in to the game' to be bothered by it.

Then Amir approached me and asked, "Jiaxian, you know who's hand you shifted away just now?". I looked at him and turned around.
It was Siti's! and from her face I can see that she was shocked by my over friendliness as I don't talk to her much either. but she's quite sociable for not making a big fuss out of it, I mean, some girls might think, "eew, he like, touched me!". even though they laughed at it for only a few seconds. I'm laughing about it right until now, even when I'm making this post. hahas.

another boring day at school and it was maths test today. took an hour on this particular question which about a circle having 3 parallel lines in it. strange to say, it was really interesting and I enjoyed doing it. weird huh? hahas, mathematics sucks after all.
