HOWDEE DOODLY! hahas, good day to you my fine viewers. oh, I mentioned earlier about the common test and situational writing earlier on right? well, our class got a pathetic 4/30 for average score. and that's like an F9 yeah? perhaps this would be the first time I'd score and F9 for my English language. well, who knows? it's an 'average' anyway.

Okay back to my life. today was nothing much actually, just had to attend this stupid counselling session at Jurong Polyclinic at 3.30pm. well, I've made a discovery. I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!! haha, man my life's gonna suck and die. maybe I should go vegetarian or something like that. One more counselling session to go and I'm done for it. and it's geographry test tomorrow, what a pain!

howdy y'all! thank you once again, for taking your precious time viewing my blog, sharing my thoughts and know Jigs a little better yeah? hmm. you may wonder, how come every time the word 'Jigs' appears, it would be in a rainbowish array of colours. BUT I'M NOT TELLING! hahas, though the history of how 'Jigs' was formed had been explained earlier on the previous postings.

Pleasant weather, breezing winds. what more could I ask for? and I would personally thank the weather gods for bringing such comfort and pleasure to ease my tough day in school.
speaking about gods, do you know that I'm actually the only Buddhist in my family?
RELIGIOUS TALK
we all were once a family that worships Buddhism. but due to some awful incidents, the rest of them decided to change their religion. to some one whom they recognise as LORD AL MIGHTY.
I was once a sincere Buddhist and would regularly visit temples for prayers and worshipping.
My maid(filipino) was an all-time christian ever since she was here. my older brother converted to one few years back. and there goes my mother which brought my younger brother along too.

I don't blame them, as every human being has the rights to choose and believe in any religion they prefer. but the feeling of, "hey, this religion ain't good man. let's switch." really puts me in a dilemma. gee. I really don't wanna care about who they worship, just as long as they don't bring back home another bunch of Christians and "bless" me again. never test my devotion.

HEY maybe I should stop and never blog about religious matters again. who knows? my postings may contain some "hidden negative meanings" and I would face some serious lawsuit. SO, let's carry on with my wonderful life.

hmm, every thing's fine and finally, the superfluous rain of problems has stop pelting. now we're just gonna have to wait for that glorious sun to rise again. It's been a long, long time since it shimmers above, torching our hearts with flames of joy and happiness. I AWAIT FOR THEE! but for now, my ah girl has been getting better already(I hope), and I've tried to solve all conflicts between her and her.. uh.. let's not mention names shall we? yeap, and things are improving. interesting facts*
did you know that the nickname 'Jigs' was actually created by Gerald? it was an accidental pronunciation of the previous nickname, 'JX'. Gerald was saying it to fast and 'Jigs' was gradually formed.
we then tried to convert ourselves to Gerald to 'Giggs', Kokyang to 'Kiss' and Chengzhia to 'Cheese'. but only the nickname 'Jigs' was sticked to. till now, we still call ourselves, Gerald as 'Ger', Kokyang as 'Kok' and Chengzhia as 'Cheng'.

Good day folks! great to have you back for another thrilling episode of what jigs - saw. haha, how cheesy.

hmm. watched 2 movies over the past few days. "Vacancy" & "Disturbia". what the heck, If you don't read newspaper's movies review. READ MINE.

VACANCY
ratings: 6/10. time-killer.
the skinny: a deserted motel that is filled with surveillance. traps and kills people.
the fat: a lost couple finds themselves at the mercy of a motel that main purpose is only to murder those who had checked in. the killings would be recorded on tape and placed next to tape player when another victim checks in. only when after viewing the tape, it's already too late.
pros: considerably shocking. fantastic storyline.
cons: a lady killed all 3 of the murderers. terrible ending. murderers not horrifying enough. NC-16 for only the vulgarities used.

DISTURBIA
ratings: 7.5/10. make time for it.
the skinny: a boy who's on probation finds that watching the neighbourhood with a binoculars interests him. and finding out that his neighbour was a serial killer.
the fat: a teenage boy, punches his teacher was dealt with a 3 months probation at home. he got bored and watched the neighbourhood daily. he finds it interesting at first, but when he found out that his neighbour, who's a top-wanted killer was watching him. he decided to take matters in his own hands.
pros: packs quite a laugh for a horror-based movie.
cons: long introduction. lacks climax.

movies aside. more about me! hahas, went to the jurong library last Sunday and we bumped into so many familiar faces! firstly, there was Joseph, Firdaus and FD. without even greeting, Joseph asked, "hey, how much you bought that Paul Frank shirt? pasar malam buy one right?". even when I knew it was a total original, his question left me speechless. didn't really answer him anyways. we then went to have a sit on one of those floor tables. and did I mention? went to the library with Gary, Zhengmin and Yueli. after soon, we met Shuxin and her boyfriend. they had some trouble finding space, so we gave them ours. kind huh? and awhile later we met Wang Xuo and his peeps. but everything was so bored, and we're totally exhausted. so Zhengmin and I went to slack at the library toilet. and not to mention, here are some random photos!

OH MY LORD!
damn thee favoritism.

Good day to you.
I had my preliminary English language oral examination today. guess what, the results terribly spoilt my day and without fail, insulting my confidence and my oral capability. I would therefore, like to express my disconsolating experience.

Mr.Dennis Tham, 5A English language cum form teacher took us for our oral examination which was supposed to be Mr.Adrian Tan. and I was like, 'yeah sure what the heck, it would make no difference anyway'. results turning out to strongly proven me wrong.

you can say that my confidence overwhelmed me. I was so sure, to score the highest mark in my class group as my English language had never failed my expectations. perhaps it's my over-confidence which slaughtered my dreams. how the hell did I 'managed' to score as one of the lowest score in class? sometimes I ponder. is my speaking talent that bad? even Gary had beaten me to a pulp.



and here are some flaws Mr.Dennis Tham said I've made.

• speaking too soft


• reading the passage too quickly


• replying in 'one sentence' answers


• lack in vocabularies

okay, surely I can excuse myself for speaking fast as I wanted to portray a fluent string of words and sentences. but the rest of the factors are so damn lame. I express to my displeasure of perhaps the core reason to my failing results.

face it, just because I've been sleeping in English class and not paying attention to the Oral practices. perhaps he just wanted me to perform in a manner according to his teachings, pronouncing every articulation to it's most obvious. maybe he just wanted me to wake up, and giving me the lesson that 'to score, you must practice hard.' BUT it's not that I don't want to practice oral. I just find there's no need to work on oral skills as the foundation of it is the utmost important factor. can't I develop my own way of reading and talking abilities? I'm sure that people would understand my words, even without the PERFECT ARTICULATION that is coldly exercised in our school.

okay, it may be possible that perhaps, I was really that inferior. but since the entire conversation was recorded. I would pay my strongest attention to what I've flawed in. I sincerely apologise to have you read my aversion and to thank you for your patience. hopefully, you would not fall into such depressing situation as mine.

my brothers had been rooting onto the computer thus leaving me no chance to post anything at all. I sincerely apologise to anyone who yearn to see more of my postings, and thank you for being such a big fan of my blog. you rock! =)

okay, the C D G problem had already been solved and things are getting merrier now. and I got bronze for my NAPFA test. woot~ I'm a hundred kilograms giant and I pwned some skinny asses. not forgetting scoring a full marks for my Chinese GCE 'O' Levels listening comprehension. blessings just comes in a group don't they? OF COURSE NOT! they come together with problems and I have yet to solve them. sheesh.

problems aside, went for a swim earlier today. targeted for 15 laps, but the desire to wrestle overcame me. resulting in ony 13 laps done. hahas

noticing that life without ciggies is such a pain. that's it, I'm dead.

MUSCLES ACHING SH*T
not to mention. my unpredictable stomach.. of chaos!


some wise guy said before, to listen to your body as they produces the most vital signals. well, I've been listening to them and this was what they told me. "Jigs you sh*t, this is what happens when you stuffed me with wasabi". and he was right! ever since the stupid wasabi challenge thing I've never felt any worse then now. uuhhh..

and there was once, I went to the school gym to wait for zhengmin's oral to end. and I looked at myself with the full length mirror. 'mmm.. let me see what can grow out of me..' so i went to almost every section of the gym equipments and machine that has development of chest and arms muscle. *yeah, I can forget about training my belly : )

basically, I did some dipping and weight lifting. tried to train my triceps as much as I can. hmm.. dont know if there's any development to it. but I can shake it yeah. hahas. if only i could laugh about it now. cause my muscles are aching terribly! learnt my lesson. no more over determination to working outs.

five days since I've touched this..


Sorry viewers(if there's any)! it'd been long since i've updated any thing. the reason for not doing so, is that there's this huge problem that dealt us recently. and i'm so sick of it.

[ le story ]
it's a about this girl, C. C was introduced to us by PT when we're at his house. all was well and C was a good friend made. not long after, G started to like C. and not long after meaning a day or two. G tried many ways to get C have feelings for him. but to no avail, he failed.
G still liked C a lot though.
another day or two later, D started to have feelings for C too. D understands G likes her, and as brothers, D decided to talk about it with G.
G refuse to admit he like C and said it was all a misunderstanding. this made D happy, as he had no more barricades to worry about anymore. D then started to woo C. the difference is, that C had feelings for D too. so they went to a pre-steady mode.
going out, seeing D and C walking together pissed G off terribly.
and the most annoying thing is, the three of them act as if things were settled. BUT IT'S F*CKING NOT! it's all an manipulative act. pardon me, i don wish to go on anymore..

KBOX NIGHT!
quick! before GST rises!


you heard? the gahmen's going to increase GST to 7%. which is previously a 5% increment for any purchase made. and for those dummies out there who does not know what GST means. it actually stands for 'GO! SQUEEZE THEM!'. yup, the government's squeezing the crap out of us.

so that's why, we had to enjoy these precious last moments before the terrorising GST strikes on us. and then. beegeok has this wonderful idea. which is to meet at jurong library to study together. end of it, 6 of us went. there's my daughter, gary, zhengmin, peiteck, desmond and Le Jigs.

okay, I finished my D&T folio's cover page! you'll be amazed how precised my cover page is. and the rest of 'em did math. didn't really study though, peiteck came and messed the educational spirit by bringing poker cards. what an ass.

after the tormenting hours of non-stop self-revision, we decided to relive ourselves. with singing! went to KBOX after we had our lunch. which was beef. mmmmm.. beef..


the slot started at 7.00pm++ and should be ended by 11.00pm++. and it was $30+++ for each of us. pragmatically, the lady at the counter said, 'each would be 30 dollars plus plus plus..'. so, i got sick of it when another lady tries to confirm to price with us. she also said, 'each would be 30 dollars plus plus plus plus..'. then I quickly added to her sentence, 'plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus..'. she, too laughed and explained it's her policy to explain any increments to the price of each person. we then ordered house Bourbon and house whisky which was terribly diluted with coke.. eww! but we ended at 12.15. which would be sufficient to compensate the quality of the alcohol.

TRANSFORMERS - SPLENDID! (29June2007)
don't miss it!~

was nearly late again! but managed to rush through within seconds from the bell. okay i'm getting better with my punctuality but my IC's still with singh. i'm currently a man without identification, fear my anonymity.
[school starts]
school's boring, except when Cerwin found a dead spider in his food during recess and I won't tell you which stall it came from! : )
[school ends]

Went for D&T remedial, drilled some holes, and slacked for the rest of the hours. quite fed-up we had to pack up for those express classes. but hey, can't blame those nerds anyways.
Gary and I then went to toh guan for street soccer and surprisingly made a few dives here and there. eventually, decided to head down to IMM for lunch and went home afterwards.


During the evening, Gary called me for movie(transformers) together with Zhengmin and mr.tham. we headed to vivocity, which turns out to be a bad idea as it was thoroughly crowded but we managed to see mr.noel ong, his wife and their baby.
this was the conversation we had.

Jigs: 'eh cher! who's that?' (pointing to his baby)

Mr.Ong: 'oh! we picked it up just now, there was a price tag on it!'

same old Ong lah, always trying to be funny. what a teacher..

We then went to westmall for the movie which was scheduled to start at 11.30pm, so they decided to have dinner at swensen's.

[a review to what we ate]

Zhengmin ordered 'Grilled Fish with Sambal Sauce'. the fish was fresh and succulent but it was a wierd mixture with the sambal sauce. I rated it 6/10.

Gary ordered Rib 'Eye's Steak with Ranch Gravy'. steak was well done, which I don't usually go with. but the meat was tender and juicy, along with delicious ranch gravy. I rated it 8/10.

I ordered 'Crayfish Pasta'. the crayfish was fresh and it's saturated flesh binded along well with the cheese coated pasta. a hue of tabasco would blend in perfectly. I rated it 9/10.

Tham ordered 'omelette'. plain and simple fried omelette with rice inside it. could have been done better. I rated it 3/10

gradually went for the movie after dinner.

and if you still haven't watched it, I strongly recommend you to do so. unless you're some kind of boring dudes who rather play computer games at home then so be it.
